Question 1

What counts as an operation?

Accepted Answer

One email, one SMS, one webhook capture or one TOTP code each use one operation from your monthly pool. Scoring and inspection of a message already captured do not use extra operations.

Question 2

What happens when I use my monthly allowance?

Accepted Answer

Sandbox sends pause until the next cycle, or until you add a top-up block of 1,000 operations or move up a plan. Nothing is billed by surprise.

Question 3

Do I pay for real SMS and email on top of the plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The plan covers the platform. REAL traffic is billed from your provider price book, which depends on the provider and country, and a spend cap stops it.

Question 4

Is there an annual discount?

Accepted Answer

Yearly billing is ten months for twelve: you pay ten times the monthly price once a year.

Question 5

Can I change plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades apply at once and downgrades apply at the next cycle. Billing details are shown before you confirm a change.

Question 6

Do prices include GST?

Accepted Answer

No. GST is added at checkout where it applies.
